How do I order from Onlineprinters?

How do I cancel my order?

As soon as we receive payment and printable data for your binding order, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. Prior to this status, you can find in the order overview section under "Details and actions" of each order a button which enables you to cancel your order. As soon as the order is forwarded to production, the button will disappear and cancellation will no longer be possible. We recommend you observe the format specifications under the "Details" tab on every product page prior to creating your print files.

As soon as you have sent the payment and the printable data for your binding order, it is no longer possible to make any subsequent changes to your order.

We allocate your order with the production and delivery time indicated to the respective production line. It is, therefore, not possible to speed up your order subsequently.
